Responsibilities of the head of the Acc service in the hotel:

• He manages the reception and accommodation service.

• Monitors compliance with cash discipline by reception and accommodation service administrators.
• Participates in the development and conduct of training for employees of the accommodation and reception service.
• Works with appeals and requests of guests.
• Participates in the resolution of conflict situations.
• Monitoring compliance and updating of work standards by employees of the service.
• Monitoring compliance by employees with the requirements of all aspects of migration legislation.
• Work with guest reviews.

• Higher education.

Duties of the administrator in the hotel:

• Meeting, accommodation and registration of hotel guests.
• Work with the room reservation system.
• Work with a cash register, a terminal for bank cards.
• Advising guests on emerging issues.
• Reception and distribution of incoming calls and documentation.
• Work with requests.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, organization and control of the work of the maid brigade.
• Assessment of the availability of stocks of consumables and detergents necessary for the smooth operation of the maid brigade.
• Preparation of applications for consumables and detergents, repair and renewal of cleaning equipment.
• Calculation and ordering of bed linen in accordance with the cleaning plan
• Preparation of reports on the use of consumables and detergents by the maid team.
• Control of storage conditions and compliance with the norms of material consumption, the conditions for the use of detergent equipment used for cleaning the number of rooms.

Shift work schedule 2/2 (day shifts) from 8:00 to 20:00.
"White" salary 2 times a month.
Terms of payment: 1 cat. - 120 rub./hour, 2 cat. - 133 rub./hour, 3 kat - 145 rub./hour.
+ Bonuses/bonus from 4000 to 6000 rubles per month

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of hotel rooms (rooms, bathrooms, etc.).
• Change of linen, towels.
• Filling of mini-bars.
• Acceptance of rooms after departures.
