Rules of accommodation in the hotel "ONEGIN"

Check-in at the hotel is made from 14:00 o'clock on the day of arrival, check-out - until 12:00 o'clock in the afternoon of departure.

In case of early
arrival of the Guest: - until 02:00 - payment is made for a full day, 100%;
- from 02:00 to 14:00 - payment is made half a day in advance, subject to availability of rooms at the Hotel, breakfast is paid additionally.
Guaranteed early check-in 00:00 to 14:00 – payment is made for a full day

In case of delay in the
Guest's departure after the check-out time: - from 12:00 to 18:00 pm - payment is made half a day in advance;
- after 18:00 - payment is made for a full day.

For stays of less than a night, payment is made for a daily stay.

Children up to 12 years old stay free of charge, without extra bed. If necessary, an extra bed is paid separately, at a cost of 700 rubles / day. From the age of 13, payment is made according to the standard price list.

In accordance with the current legislation, check-in at the Hotel is possible only if there are originals of the following documents:

a) passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Russian Federation;
b) passport of a citizen of the USSR, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, until it is replaced within the established period with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
c) birth certificates - for a person under 14 years of age;
d) a passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;
e) a passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a
document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen; f) a
document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of
the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person; g) a permit for temporary residence of a
stateless person;
h) a residence permit of a stateless person
and) a temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation

After 23:00, unauthorized persons (guests) are subject to registration with payment for additional accommodation (without providing an extra bed) in the amount of 300 rubles without breakfast and 1000 rubles with breakfast. If necessary, an extra bed is paid separately, at a cost of 700 rubles / day.

The reservation is considered guaranteed subject to payment for the first night of stay, guaranteed by credit card (pre-authorization of funds), or when booking from the company under a contract with the appropriate conditions.

Non-guaranteed booking is a reservation of individual guests without prepayment, not guaranteed by a bank card (there is no pre-authorization of funds).

Guaranteed reservations are stored until 12:00 on the day following the date of arrival. You can change or cancel your reservation without penalty (the cost of the first night of your stay) in accordance with the terms of the contract or until 18:00 on the day of arrival. In case of non-arrival of the Guest by 12.00 hours following the day of arrival, the reservation is canceled. In this case, the Customer is subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of the cost of living for the first day.

Non-guaranteed reservations are stored until 18:00 on the day of arrival and can be canceled unilaterally by the hotel.

Registration in the Hotel of minors under the age of 18 is carried out on the basis of the original identity documents of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives who are with them, the accompanying person (persons) and the document certifying the powers of the accompanying person (persons), as well as the original birth certificates of these minors.
